Deposit and cancelation policy...

A deposit is required to hold each pet’s surgery appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you will be here with your pet on the date that you have requested. After surgery, deposits are applied to the balance of your invoice. Any remaining amount is due when you pick up your cat or dog. 

Deposit Amounts:

$50 - Male cats

$50 - Female cats and all dogs under 50lbs

$75 - All dogs over 50 lbs

If you need to cancel or reschedule the spay/neuter surgery, a 24-hour notice is required. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel your appointment with less than a 24-hour notice, no show the day of the surgery or show up past the 8:30 a.m. drop off limit. 

Depending on your bank, most refunds will go back into your account within 3 business days but may take up to a week.

Only feral or community cats, in live humane traps, are permitted for walk-in surgeries.
